Payment :
1. What payment methods are available?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, e-wallets, and selected marketplace payment options. For international customers, payments can be made using credit/debit cards or other global payment methods available at checkout.
2. Can I pay in my local currency?
Prices on our website are displayed in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). However, for international purchases, payments will be automatically converted to your local currency based on the exchange rate applied by your bank or payment provider.
You will have up to 24 hours after placing your order to complete the payment. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled by our system.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

- Southeast Asia: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and chosen courier service.

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the courier’s website.
5. Other Policies
- Once payment has been completed, we are unable to make changes, additions, or cancellations to your order.
- Separate orders will incur additional shipping fees.
- We are not responsible for lost packages resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- In cases of incorrect address entry, any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Yes, returns can be made within 7 business days of receiving your order, provided the product remains sealed, unopened, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We only accept exchanges for products that arrive damaged or were sent in error.
3. How long does the exchange process take?
Exchanges are processed within 7 business days after your package arrives at our office.
