1. Product Returns

Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return requests must be submitted within 3 (three) calendar days of receiving your order.

Opened or used items cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Customers must provide photo proof and video unboxing of the product’s condition upon delivery when requesting a return.
2. Refunds

Refunds are only available for payments made via Virtual Account (bank transfer). Other payment methods (QRIS, e-wallets, COD, etc.) are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days once the returned product has been received and verified.

The refund will be issued to the same bank account used during the transaction.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund

- Our team will verify your request and provide return instructions.
- Once the returned product is received and verified, your refund will be processed according to the above policy.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered.

For Skin’s Sake reserves the right to reject return/refund requests if the product does not meet the stated conditions.
