Return & Refund Policy

1. Product Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 (three) calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Opened or used items cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Customers must provide photo proof and video unboxing of the product’s condition upon delivery when requesting a return.


2. Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for payments made via Virtual Account (bank transfer). Other payment methods (QRIS, e-wallets, COD, etc.) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days once the returned product has been received and verified.

  • The refund will be issued to the same bank account used during the transaction.


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Contact our Customer Care team via WhatsApp +62 851-5516-9222  with your order number and product condition proof.
  • Our team will verify your request and provide return instructions.
  • Once the returned product is received and verified, your refund  will be processed according to the above policy.

4. Additional Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered.

  • For Skin’s Sake reserves the right to reject return/refund requests if the product does not meet the stated conditions.
